Refund & Replacement Policy

Damaged or defective on arrival

Report within 24 hours of delivery over WhatsApp with photos/video. We'll replace the unit or refund at our discretion.

Manufacturing defects

Devices with a factory defect are replaced within 7 days of purchase, subject to inspection.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened e-liquids, coils and mouthpieces are non-returnable unless defective.

Process

WhatsApp us your order details. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 working days after inspection.
